The EML500 Series Electromagnetic Log conforms to the technical requirements for the performance standard determined by the IMO resolution A478 (VII). In addition, it meets the type approval issued by the Transport Ministry of Japan (Type Approval No.3795).

EML500 Features
- ISmall size and lightweight compared to our earlier and other manufacturers models.
- With an amplifier already built into the sensor enables the sensor to transmit its data over longer distances with a reduction in noise on the signal line assuring a reduction in noise-induced errors.
- The EML500 can receive back up signals (NMEA-0183) from external speed sensors such as global positioning systems (GPS).
- A dual-axis sensor (optional) measures not only the longitudinal speed, but also the transverse speed.
